FIELD: building industry, particularly for multi-purpose pipeline repair. SUBSTANCE: device has elastic plate pressed to pipeline crack and power applicator positioned on elastic plate. Elastic plate is pressed to pipeline by straining mechanism located around pipeline for force applying to power applicator. Power applicator comprises deforming members arranged transversely to pipeline surface. Deforming members impart shear deformation force to elastic plate in crack area for elastic plate deformation, which takes the form of pipeline crack for covering thereof.
