<p>The control such as a door handle is connected, preferably by a hydraulic system, to a locking element for the door or flap such as a movable door lock bolt. The control acts upon a master cylinder (1) which transfers its action, via a fluid-pipe, (4,5) to a slave cylinder (2) which moves the locking element. The fluid pipe contains a blocking element (7). in the form of a 2/2 valve connected to an electric, electro-magnetic or magnetic adjustment (8).
