PURPOSE: To dissolve a torque shortage caused by the undershoot of an armature current in the case of controlling torque transmitted to a driven wheel by controlling the armature current of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A front wheel is driven by an engine 2, and a rear wheel is driven via an electromagnetic clutch 12 by a DC motor 3. As the armature current of the DC motor 3, a generated current generated by a generator 7 is supplied. Though it shifts to a two-wheel drive state when the objective value Tmt(n-1) of motor torque drops to a motor torque threshold Th1 in the drive state, the controller changes a control gain K in an armature current control system at this time into a high responsiveness value Kp2 which lays stress on responsiveness in place of a normal value Kp1, thereby preventing the undershoot of an armature current Ia. |
