PURPOSE: A method for forming a pattern on the surface of sujaebi dough(a clear soup with wheat flakes in it) by spraying an edible pigment on the surface of sujaebi is provided. The product has a pattern of flowers, animals, seafood or the like and thus exhibits excellent esthetic properties. CONSTITUTION: Wheat flour, rice flour, potato flour and corn flour are mixed, kneaded and extruded under pressure. Then, an edible pigment is sprayed on the surface of sujaebi dough to form a pattern thereon. |
