PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a food product using a Cucurbita(pumpkin), salted bamboo shoots and bird meat is provided. The product has characteristic taste and flavor of each component and improved tenderness of bird meat while being removed in fat of bird meat. CONSTITUTION: The food product comprises: the whole body and cut part(3) of a pumpkin; the cut body(6) of bird meat; and the cut body(7) of salted bamboo shoots. In the food product, the cut body of the salted bamboo shoots is placed on the bottom part of the whole body and cut part of the pumpkin, the cut body of bird meat is then placed on the cut body of the salted bamboo shoots. The pumpkin is Cucurbita moschate, Cucurbita maxima and prepared by aging for about 30 days at room temperature, removing an ovary, drying and then roasting. The bird meat is duck meat, chicken meat, peasant meat or turkey meat. |
