摘要 FIELD: food processing industry, in particular biologically active food additives. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed additive represents aqueous emulsion of sea animal fat, in particular sea mammalian fat containing not less than 20 mass % of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Additive also contains pectin as gel-forming agent, isolated from seaweeds and/ore grasses, bee honey and water in certain mass ratio. Method for additive production includes providing of pectin solution in water. Pectin is immersed in water and hold for 24-72 h under agitation. Then pectin solution is filtered. Honey and fat of sea mammalian are separately heated in individual vessels up to 100-120°C under agitation and then blended at the same temperature. Pectin solution is heated up to 100-120°C and blended with mixture of fat and honey at the same temperature. ^ EFFECT: effective food additive with improved digestion of bioactive substances such as omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. ^ 8 cl
