FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has electrodes mounted on rods attached to dielectric cramp ends to enable their moving out to meet each other. The cramp is joined to mechanism for rotating it about Y- axis mounted on casing to allow rotation about X-axis together with the cramp. The casing is mounted on base to allow linear displacements along X-axis. The base is linearly movable along Y- and Z-axis. EFFECT: large number of freedom degrees. 3 cl, 5 dwg
