PURPOSE: A mat generating heat partially by using heating plate is provided to heat only desired parts of the heating mat and thus, to reduce excessive elasticity consumption of the heating mat. CONSTITUTION: The heating mat(900) includes a bamboo mat(200) on the top, and a waterproof fabric(300) is applied to the rear side of the bamboo mat(200). A heating plate(400) is attached to the rear side of the waterproof fabric(300), and a negative potential plate(500) is attached to the rear side of the heating plate(400). Finally, another waterproof fabric(600) is placed at the bottom of the heating mat(900). Also, a temperature controller(420) having many switches(440) is connected to the heating plate(400). On the surface of the heating plate(400) is a flexible heat insulating pipe(480), and a heat generator(460) like a wire is connected to the temperature controller(420).
