PURPOSE: An automatic lubricating system for a brake is provided to heighten durability by making a piston reciprocated using hydraulic pressure only without influencing to a variation of elasticity of a spring. CONSTITUTION: The automatic lubricating system for a brake comprises: a piston backward unit for making a piston move toward a controller(8) by guiding hydraulic pressure added on the extended incline which is a boundary between the intermediate and the rear of the piston when hydraulic pressure is applied toward an extension unit of a cylinder room where the intermediate of the piston is located through a hydraulic outlet, attaching a valve in the valve room to be movable elastically by a spring, forming the outer diameter of the front part of the piston which is formed longitudinally toward a grease housing space to be larger than the outer diameter of the intermediate of the piston; a grease charging unit projected to the center of the front of the piston by the backward movement of the piston to let grease stored in a grease cartridge(41) to be filled in a grease housing space by generating vacuum pressure in a grease housing space using a suction/discharge unit; a grease discharge unit pressurizing/discharging the grease unit using a suction/discharge unit; and a valve restoring unit moving the valve of the valve room of the piston, then waiting the next suction/discharge of grease when stopping the supply of hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic inlet of a main body(2).
