PURPOSE: A flat panel display is provided to minimize the number of assembling processing steps of the flat panel display. CONSTITUTION: A flat panel display includes a display module(100) for displaying images, cases(300,400) for housing the display module, and a fixing member(200). The fixing member is interposed between the display module and the cases to be combined with the display module. The fixing member is combined with the cases to fix the display module to the cases. The display module includes a display unit, the first frame for housing the display unit, and the second frame that is combined with the first frame to fix the display unit to the first frame and has a fixing hole. The fixing member includes a body corresponding to the bottom face of the first frame, the first guide inserted into the fixing hole to guide the display module to the body, a connector that connects the body to the first guide, the second guides respectively extended from both ends of the body to guide the display module, and a fixing part having a combining hole.
