FIELD: protection of environment. SUBSTANCE: gas from carbon dioxide source (1), e.g. from atmosphere, or spent gas is passed through first heat- exchanger 2 and fed into CO2 separator 6. Organic effluents, e.g. from waste waters, are charged into anaerobic fermentation vessel 3. To maintain required temperature in vessel 3, heat from heat-exchanger 2 or heat of reaction proceeding in CO2-binding reactor 7 is utilized. Methane obtained in anaerobic fermentation vessel 3 is routed to methane separator 4 and then to methane decomposition reactor 5. In the latter, methane is decomposed in presence of metal catalyst according to reaction CH4->2H2 + C. Resulting hydrogen enters CO2-binding reactor 7. Carbon in the form of carbon black is recovered for industrial use. System may further comprise a second heat- exchanger to return heat from reactor 7 into vessel 3 and/or reactor 5 and also power generator providing the system with power. EFFECT: enabled closed wasteless technology due to high conversion level, reused waste, and reduced power consumption. 5 cl, 5 dwg |
