SUBSTANCE: device has dielectric flask transparent at operation wavelength containing gas mixture, electrodes enclosing inner discharge space, oscillator connected to both electrodes. The electrodes are closely arranged over external flask surface. Working medium includes inert gas and halogen. Operation voltage is not to be greater than 10 kV under certain parameter relation. EFFECT: provided ultraviolet radiation production at wavelength optimum for inactivation; high reliability and safety. |
