PURPOSE: A light-emitting diode type lamp apparatus of a vehicle is provided to bend the light-emitting diode type lamp apparatus freely in the upward/downward and right/left directions. CONSTITUTION: A light-emitting diode type lamp apparatus of a vehicle comprises a pair of conductive rods(120,130) made of a conductive and flexible material and arranged parallel; at least one light-emitting diode element(110); and a direct current power supply unit(140) applying direct currents of each different polarity to the conductive rods. Plural nodes are formed to the conductive rods at regular intervals. The light-emitting diode element forms, to leads(111,112) of terminals formed on the sides, an insertion groove, to be inserted between nodes(121,131) of one of the conductive rods, and an insertion groove, to be inserted between the nodes of the other one of the conductive rods.
