2-SEAM AUTOMATIC WELDER FOR DOUBLE TUBULAR PIPE

PURPOSE: A 2-seam automatic welder for welding an outer surface of a double tubular pipe is provided to allow a worker to simultaneously perform welding work with respect to at least two welding lines. CONSTITUTION: A 2-seam automatic welder includes a fixing type gantry structure, a lifting frame(3), and a transfer vehicle(11). The fixing type gantry structure has a longitudinal structure(2), a box-type girder(1) and a lifting device moved up and down on the box-type girder(1). The lifting frame(3) has a main girder and a welding carriage(19). The main girder allows the lifting frame(3) to move up and down within the fixing type gantry structure. The welding carriage(19) is installed on the main girder. Welding articles are conveyed into the fixing type gantry structure and the lifting frame(3) by means of the transfer vehicle(11).
