FIELD: medicine, pharmacology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing agent for treatment of allergic rhinitis and allergic conjunctivitis. Agent comprises a base and cytokines taken among the group: recombinant alpha-, beta-, gamma-interferon taken in the amount 1 000-100 000 IU per 1 g of agent; antihistaminic preparations taken among the group: diazolinum, mebhydrolin, antazoline, ebastin, loratadine, levocabastine, azelastine, astemizol, terfenadine, diphenhydramine, chloropyramine, cetirizine, promethazine taken in the amount 0.0001-0.1 g per 1 g of agent; corticosteroid preparations taken among the group: hydrocortisone, fludrocortisone, flumetasone, betamesone, mometasone, ftorcortolone, triamcinolone, prednisone, prednisolon, dexamethasone taken in the amount 0.002-0.01 g per 1 g of agent. Agent comprises additionally anti- inflammatory preparations taken among the group: sodium diclofenac, indometacin, ibuprofen, naproxen; antibacterial agent taken among the group: dioxydin, zinc sulfate, myramistin; antibiotics with broad spectrum of effect, methylbenzethonium chloride, cetylpyridonium chloride, alkyltrimethylammonium bromide, chlorhexidine gluconate, iodopovidonum, imidiazinylurea, diazolidine urea. Agent comprises also additionally regulators and stabilizers of cellular functions taken among the group: theophylline, sodium cromoglicate, sodium nedocrimal, vitamins and it comprises also vasoconstrictive preparations taken among the group: xylometazoline, naphazoline, oxymetazoline, tetryzoline, phenylephrine. As a base the agent comprises one or some components taken among the group of additions including: vaseline, glycerol, polyethylene oxide, propylene glycol, vegetable oil, essential oil, silicone oil. Invention provides the development of highly effective agent for treatment of allergic rhinitis and allergic conjunctivitis.
