FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has electrode holder and electrodes having outlet wires. The electrode holder has flexible cap with lugs and mounting sockets being cylindrical louvers from electric insulation material fixed in the cap corresponding to standard electroencephalogram leads arrangement system. Each of the mounting sockets has inlet for an electrode from outside of the flexible cap and a member for fixing electrode position in the mounting socket. The outlet wires are arranged on the outer surface of the flexible cap and are connected to inlet connection unit. ^ EFFECT: improved operation features; simplified control and preparation of places for setting electrodes, disinfecting electrodes and the device; high reliability of operation. ^ 15 cl, 5 dwg
