SUBSTANCE: method involves removing contaminants from grain; providing treatment of grain with propionic acid in the state of aerosol flow, with propionic acid comprising additive such as chitosan; using source of chitosan such as preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella elongata micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue.
