PURPOSE: A lock-up control device of an automatic transmission for a vehicle is provided to normally operate lock-up by operating an electric oil pump mounted to an oil pump and compensating lack of flow if the lack of flow is decided. CONSTITUTION: A lock-up control device of an automatic transmission(5) for a vehicle comprises a control roller(11) and an electric oil pump(16). The controller outputs a control signal for supplying oil of short flow supplied from the oil pump when disorder of lock-up caused by lack of flow occurs, from the throttle opening degree sensed from a throttle opening sensor(12), the engine RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) sensed from an engine revolution sensor(13), the output RPM sensed from a transmission output revolution sensor(14), and the oil temperature sensed from an oil temperature sensor(15), and compares the engine RPM and predetermined engine RPM. The controller outputs a control signal for cutting off supply of oil if the engine RPM is larger than the predetermined engine RPM. The electric oil pump supplies oil of short flow to a torque converter(3) and a valve body(4) according to the control signal output from the controller in case of abnormal lock-up and cuts off supply of oil according to the control signal output from the controller if the engine RPM is larger than the predetermined engine RPM.
