FIELD: environmental control. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to collect floating finely dispersed organic substances hollow ash microspheres from surface of water basins for their further reclamation. Technique includes localization of section of water basin with floating hollow ash microspheres with the aid of floating barrage, gradual contraction of localized section by pulling barrage and evacuation of thickened suspension " water-microspheres " from this section into intake containers where suspension is dehydrated as it comes. First suspension is taken into intake containers which open upper part has overflow threshold located on boundary of layer of suspension " water-microspheres ". From intake containers suspension is pumped into intake tanks. Preliminary dehydration of suspension is carried out in process of pumping before it goes into intake tanks. Suspension is dehydrated to required water content in hollow ash microspheres in intake tanks simultaneously with their filling and later same intake tanks are used to transport hollow ash microspheres for further processing. Device for implementation of this technique includes floating barrage with gear for its pulling, intake facility of overflow type coming in the form of intake collector with open upper part sunk in water, provided with garbage-holding basket and connected by pipe-line to pumping unit and by pressure pipe-line of the latter to intake tanks for accumulation of hollow ash microspheres. Open upper part of intake collector is fitted with overflow threshold so sunk in water that it is positioned on boundary of layer of suspension " water-microspheres ". Discharge branch pipe on end of pressure pipe-line and intake tanks for accumulation of hollow ash microspheres are made of filtering material. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of collection of hollow ash microspheres from surface of water basin thanks to formation of optimal thickness of layer of suspension " water-microspheres " in intake zone enabling its preliminary thickening and pumping directly into intake tanks meant for transportation where it is dehydrated to optimal water content to be carried out 3 cl, 2 dwg . |
