FIELD: thermic processing of disintegrated wood waste materials or briquetted peat in ecologically safe gas-generation plants with gas- vapor blast in forestry, peat production, agriculture for providing low-cost gas fuel, so called producer gas for power manufacturing plants. SUBSTANCE: experimental gas generation plant includes inclined threaded lever device joined to grid and fluid-tightly extended from bottom of ash pit for rotating grid by 90 degrees and removing from it remaining slag fed into ash pit. Said lever device is separately joined to tar collector by means of metallic water header. The last has vapor-outlet tube connected with gas-outlet tube of hopper hatch and placed in parallel relative to gas-outlet tube through air heat exchanger; water header also has vapor-supply tube connected with one hatch of air-supply zone and with gas-bleeder tube and gas-outlet tube of hatch of hopper through --shaped connection gas-outlet tube. The last is provided with hatches for cleaning that are passed through refractory bricks and metallic gasifying chamber wall adjoined to metallic tuyeres of air-supply zone by means of refractory ceramic tuyeres arranged inside air-supply zone along helix and providing uniform guiding of supplied atmospheric air by means of metallic heat exchanging partitions. EFFECT: lowered heating at temperature increase, reduced corrosion of metallic tuyeres of gasifying chamber, simplified high- reliability design of apparatus for removing remaining slag from rotating grid to ash pit, enhanced heating of supplied atmospheric air in air-supply zone. 1 cl, 1 dwg |
