FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, food product forming equipment. SUBSTANCE: extruder has bed, casing, cylindrical bushing provided with left-hand helical groove and fixed inside casing, and screw with right-hand helical groove and annular protrusion. Screw is arranged inside bushing and has dosing and pressure zones. Extruder is further provided with bearing unit, die, cutting mechanism, hopper, and drive. Annular protrusion has conical and cylindrical surfaces for gradual reducing of gap between protrusion and bushing internal helical surface. Helical grooves of trapezium-shaped section are formed on cylindrical surfaces. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and increased efficiency of extruder. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
