Tool for diagnosis, molecular definition and therapy development of chronic inflammatory joint diseases, also of other inflammatory diseases, infection and tumors in humans, that uses the sequences of one or more of about 500 listed genes or genes that encode any of about 40 listed proteins. An Independent claim is also included for an array comprising antibodies, or molecules with similar specific protein-binding properties, for detecting at least one of the specified proteins.
