WET SPRAYING REFRACTORY COMPOSITION FOR REPAIRING INSIDE OF TORPEDO CAR

PURPOSE: Provided is a wet spraying refractory composition for repairing the inside of a torpedo car, which manifests the residual expansibility to the alumina-silicon carbide refractory as a repairing material so as to inhibit the cracking and elongate the work life of the repairing material. CONSTITUTION: The wet spraying refractory composition for repairing the inside of a torpedo car comprises: 10-15 wt% of silicon carbide powders having a size of 0.074 mm or less; 3-6 wt% of pagodite having a size of 0.5-1 mm; 5-7 wt% of ultrafine sintered alumina; 3-5 wt% of alumina cement; 1-2 wt% of silica flower; and the balance amount of an alumina clinker and other inevitable impurities. The refractory composition additionally comprises 0.1-0.2 wt% of sodium hexametaphosphate and 0.02 wt% of citric acid as extra components, based on the total weight of the composition.
