PURPOSE: A chime bell formation circuit of a vehicle is provided to improve the quality of a chime bell sound and reduce the manufacturing cost by using a speaker, facilitate work by removing the need for connecting a diode, and simplify the constitution. CONSTITUTION: A chime bell formation circuit of a vehicle comprises a key switch(SW1) supplying power source while being turned on if a key is drawn; a tail lamp switch(SW2) supplying power source while being turned on if tail lamps are turned on; a fog lamp switch(SW3) supplying power source while being turned on if rear lamps are turned on; a buzzer-driving circuit(10) outputting a chime bell signal according to the operating state of the key switch, the tail lamp switch, and the fog lamp switch; and a speaker(20) making a chime bell sound according to the chime bell signal.
