FIELD: building engineering, particularly building block production. SUBSTANCE: production method for building block on cement base having at least layer of fine concrete and heat-insulation layer of light-weight concrete arranged in one row involves installing technological partitions separating form on horizontal cells number of which corresponds to concrete layers number at an angle to vertical plane; filling frame with concrete of one type; de-installing partitions at the same angle as partition installation angle; vibroforming all concrete layers. Partition installation angle depends on concrete layers thickness such that partition is inclined at an angle of up to 20 deg. towards layer with less density relative point of vertical plane intersection with cell bottom. Ready blocks are used for wall building. Wall has inner structural layer, heat-insulation layer and face decorative layer. Structural layer is formed of any building materials, namely bricks, stones, panels. Face and heat- insulation layers are made as separate multi-layer unit having inner base layer which fixes unit in inner part of wall masonry. Space between horizontal rows of multi-layer units is filled with two-layer stretcher blocks with face and heat-insulation layers and with light-weight heat-insulation material formed as panels, for instance as polystyrene concrete. Outer wall corners ma y be formed of the same building material as inner structural layer and connected with inner structural layer by masonry. EFFECT: improved heat-insulating properties in wall straight and corner areas, near window and door openings, increased strength, possibility of multi-story and various-story building construction. 9 cl, 4 dwg |
