The torsional vibration damper arrangement (1) comprises a dynamically balanced support section (3), a co-axial inertia ring (4) and at least one elastomer component (51,52) installed in the gap between the support section and inertia ring and which in the axial area of cross section is U or V shaped. The U or V shape opens radially outwards, and the sides of the U or V form with the included radius line an angle of preferably less than 20 degrees. The sides of the U or V are symmetrical in relation to the included radius line. An Independent claim is included for a procedure for the manufacture of a torsional vibration damper arrangement in which the support section is made from deep drawn material. |
