The engine-mounting plate has a rubbery elastic support spring (2), an operating chamber (3) and a balancing chamber (4) for the liquid, which are separated from each other by a partition (5) possessing through-holes (6). The balancing chamber is closed off by an elastic pressure-membrane. The quantity of liquid flowing through the holes in the partition is controlled in relation to the amplitude of the oscillations.
