FIELD: construction engineering; erection of pipe lines for thermal and power equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed compensator has flexible non-metallic structure consisting of multi-layer gas-tight and heat-insulating components. Gas- tight component includes layer of heat-insulating (gas permeable) material laid between outer and inner hermetic (gas-tight) layers made from flexible composite material, such as glass fabric impregnated with heat-resistant polymer on base of fluoroplastic or silicon organic rubber; content of polymer in composite material is equal to 60-85 mass-%; thickness of outer gas-tight layer is equal to 0.3-1.0 mm and that of inner layer is equal to 0.15-0.60 mm. Compensator placed in hot has system connects opposing ends of gas duct which are subjected to longitudinal, transversal and angular motion. Gas-tight non-metallic component of compensator is easily deformed not interfering with motion of ends of gas duct. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 1 dwg |
