FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: tooth space of one of gear wheel is provided with radial slots consisting of two parts. Part adjoining tooth space has width Delta and depth l1 over pitch radius R with axis lying on cylindrical surface passing through center of depth l1. Other wide part has width "h" and depth "l". Width, depth and radius of slots are related by definite relationship. Toothed rim of said gear wheel is connected with hub by means of flexible connecting rods with cylindrical slide blocks placed in wide part of slot. Said toothed rim is connected with shaft by means of flexible resilient couplings. Hub is rigidly secured on shaft. Flexible resilient couplings may be made from rubber or they may be made in form of springs. EFFECT: enhanced reliability at varying loading due to automatic control of teeth rigidity. 3 dwg |
