<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for extracting non-rolled part cut strip is provided to solve deterioration of line productivity due to excessive scrap treatment time by transferring a large quantity of scrap at a time without removing of cut non-rolled parts of strip one by one. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for discharging the cut non-rolled top parts of the strip by cutting non-rolled top part of preceding and following strips using a shearer, the apparatus comprises a discharge part comprising an upper roller support(17) rotationally installed by hinge on an upper base(13) installed on a moving line of the strip, an upper lowerable and liftable cylinder(35) for lowering and lifting a right side of the upper roller support, and an upper guide roller(29) installed at an end of rod of an upper push cylinder(25) installed on a side surface of the upper roller support so that the upper guide roller pushes the cut strip to left side; and a taking over part comprising a mounting stand(41) installed on the ground, a pallet piling stand(45) installed on the mounting stand, a supporting plate(47) in which a left side of the supporting plate fixed to the pallet piling stand by hinge is hinge rotated by a taking over cylinder(61) installed at a right side of the supporting plate, and a stopper(65) is set up perpendicularly to the side surface oppositely directed to the discharge part, and a pallet(49) which is rested on the supporting plate, and on one side of which a fork inserting hole(49a) is formed so that a fork of forklift is inserted into the fork inserting hole.</p> |
