PURPOSE: A hysteresis management method of a torpedo ladle car is provided to accurately grasp the condition of the torpedo ladle car by continuously measuring a weight of the torpedo ladle car with a load cell. CONSTITUTION: The hysteresis management method of a torpedo ladle car comprises the steps of: measuring a weight(Xn) of the empty torpedo ladle car; comparing the measured weight of the empty torpedo ladle car with a previously measured weight(Xn-1) of the torpedo ladle car; if the weight of the empty torpedo ladle car is smaller than its previously measured weight, comparing the weight of the empty torpedo ladle car with a refractory corrosion resistant minimum value(Xmin) as a minimum weight of the torpedo ladle car; if the weight of the empty torpedo ladle car is smaller than the refractory corrosion resistant minimum value, comparing the weight of the empty torpedo ladle car with a refractory corrosion resistant threshold value(Y); and if the weight of the empty torpedo ladle car is smaller than the refractory corrosion resistant threshold value, repairing the refractory of the torpedo ladle car.
