FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has laser radiation emitter and photodiode built-in into emitter casing, power supply source, thermistor, unit for measuring temperature changes, unit for recording power consumed for heating epidermis, preliminary amplifier, unit for measuring reflected radiation, adder, differential amplifier, dose setter and voltage-to-frequency converter. The thermistor is built-in into emitter casing and connected to the unit for measuring temperature changes having unit for measuring temperature changes, unit for recording power consumed for heating epidermis connected thereto. The photodiode is connected to the preliminary amplifier having unit for measuring reflected radiation and adder connected thereto, the adder being connected to the unit for measuring temperature changes. Adder output is connected to one of differential amplifier inputs to the other input of which the dose setter is connected. The voltage-to-frequency converter is connected to differential amplifier output. The voltage-to-frequency converter output is connected to the dose setter and power supply source having laser radiation emitter connected thereto.
