PURPOSE: An apparatus for entering chemical with desirable combination ratio of the chemical and sludge is provided to maintain optimum coagulation condition of the sludge by automatically adjusting the ratio. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a housing body(2); a chemical introduction control component; a combination ratio control component; and a delivery adjusting component. The housing body(2) includes an entrance(5) for sludge and another entrance(6) for chemicals; a top housing(4) having a chemical introduction control inlet(3-3) and a combination ratio control inlet(3-1); and a bottom housing(4) having a delivery adjusting inlet(4-1) and an exit(7). The chemical introduction control component has a chemical introduction device and a reverse-flow inhibition device. The combination ratio control component includes a mixer and a movable inlet and a stationary inlet. The delivery adjusting component has a fixture and a packing material and a fixture plate.
