PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing the titled bathing agent by mixing vitamin C, solidifying agents, solubilizing agents, mixing agents, foaming agents and other additives is provided. The bathing agent can be used in removal of chlorine dissolved in municipal water and has effects of whitening the skin and preventing the skin from drying out. CONSTITUTION: The bathing agent comprises 10 to 40% by weight of vitamin C, 40 to 60% by weight of a solidifying agent, 5 to 10% by weight of a solubilizing agent, 5 to 10% by weight of a mixing agent, 2 to 5% by weight of a foaming agent and 1 to 3% by weight of other additives. To produce the bathing agent, a mixture is agitated with water for 3 to 5min, solidified at room temperature in a mold and then passed through a furnace at 80 to 100deg.C, followed by slowly cooling.
