PURPOSE: Provided is a method for simultaneously and effectively removing dioxine and NOx in exhaust gas in a selective catalytic reactor using vanadium/activated carbon catalyst. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) preparing vanadium/activated carbon catalyst by impregnating activated carbon carrier with 1 to 20 wt.% of vanadium, (b) introducing ammonia or urea into exhaust gas containing NOx and dioxins, and (c) introducing the exhaust gas with ammonia or urea into a continuous flow reactor provided with the vanadium/activated carbon catalyst therein.
