SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based on interaction of hollow watertight pylon 6 connecting above-water and underwater parts of platform and/or respective inclined sections 8 with water or ice cover. Underwater hollow watertight hull 5 interacts additionally with ice cover by means of respective additional parts, such as fine-pointed projection 7.
