FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: the present method deals with treating pseudotumor orbital diseases. For this purpose one should carry out corticosteroid therapy as retrobulbar injections of a preparation taken out of glucocorticoid group along with bromantan injection per 0.05 g/l once daily for 3 d at total duration of therapy course being 18,5±3,6 d. The suggested method leads to prolonged stabilization of process at removing clinical disease symptoms due to correcting the main links of disease pathogenesis. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
