In microorganism comprising DNA-construction with nucleotide sequence for control of expression, promoter located before nucleotide sequence for the expression control and target gene located after nucleotide sequence for the expression control the frequency of termination on nucleotide sequence for the expression control in transcription beginning on indicated promoter is reduced in increasing intracellular concentration of amino acid that results to the enhancement of the target gene. Invention provides the development of system for artificial regulation providing enhancement of controlled genes expression due to increase of intracellular concentration of controlling amino acid.
