FIELD: oil protection. SUBSTANCE: method, which can be used for removing toxic effects of crude oil hydrocarbons on soils and agricultural plants, envisages sowing annual and perennial plants on oil-polluted land. Prior to be grown, grains and/or plant shoots are treated with antifungal microbial preparations or antibiotics. These preparations diminish number and activity of saprotroph micromycetes associated with plants, which produce substances showing phytotoxic activity. In particular, plant sprouts are treated with aqueous solution of preparation called AGAT-25K in dose 1 ml per 10 l water or aqueous solution of Trichodermin in dose 150 mg per 10 l water, or yet antibiotic Nystatin taken in concentration at least 0.001% per soil layer 10 cm thick. Treatment is performed threefold in season with 20 day intervals, the first treatment being performed 10-14 days after sowing of grains. Antifungal microbial preparations used for soaking grains during at least 3 days are the following: preparation AGAT-25K in dose 5 ml per 1 kg grains, Trichodermin in dose 100 mg per 1 kg grains, or Nystatin in concentration 0.001%.
