FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing urethra with cicatricial tissue being excised. The urethra is exposed before obstruction. The urethra is transected. Longitudinal parallel sutures are put in around the urinary bladder. Pierces are carried out in moving straight needle upwards s from beneath so that the threads pass at equal distance from each other and at the same depth. One of thread ends is conducted through needle lumen into the urinary bladder cavity. The urethra is sutured to the urinary bladder cervix with one of available threads end.
