PURPOSE: A method is provided to reduce eddy current losses and achieve improved characteristics even in the high frequency. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step of designing an alloy by reflecting magnetic and mechanical properties; a step of forming Fe-Al based and Fe-Co based alloy ingots by using a vacuum induction melting system or a vacuum arc melting system; a step of grinding the alloy ingots into lamellar powder; a step of mixing a polymer binder and the lamellar powder; and a step of compacting and hardening the mixture.
