METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONFIRMING REGISTERED ARTICLE USING COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PURPOSE: A method and a system for confirming a registered article using a communication network are provided to meet a bad activity of a vicious debtor by receiving the information for mortgage from a user and transmitting the information for the mortgage to a user terminal if right of the mortgage is changed. CONSTITUTION: The user terminal(10) inputs the information for the mortgage by connecting to a national server(30) through the communication network(40) and confirms the information transmitted from the national server. A storing tool(31) stores the mortgage information inputted from the user. The national server manages the information stored in the storing tool, and transmits the right change to the user terminal if the right of the mortgage inputted from the user is changed. A registry officer terminal(20) inputs the mortgage information and a correction instruction to the national server.
