PURPOSE: A remover for eliminating a tissue of skin is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and simplify a management procedure by exchanging only a removal tip. CONSTITUTION: A remover for eliminating a tissue of skin includes a power supply(45), a zero point detector(44), a controller(42), a motor driver(46), an operator(52), a removal tip, and a filter(50). The power supply(45) is used for dropping the AC power to the AC input power. The zero point detector(44) is used for detecting a zero point of the AC input power of the power supply. The controller(42) is used for outputting a motor driving control signal synchronized with a zero detection signal. The motor driver(46) is used for switching the input driving power of a vacuum pump according to the motor driving control signal. The operator(52) includes an absorbing hole, an absorbing tube, and a first coupling unit. The removal tip includes an absorbing hole, a frictional side, and a second coupling unit. The filter(50) is used for removing particles from the absorbing tube.
