PURPOSE: A portable computer is provided to use its input device as an input device of an external system when the portable computer is connected to the external system. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a connector(7), an external device connection sensor(25) and a controller(17). The connecter(7) is for connecting to an external system. The external device connection sensor(25) checks whether a main body of the portable computer is connected to the external system via the connector(7). The controller(17) gets input signals of an input device to be transmitted to the external system via the connector(7) in a case that the main body of the portable computer is connected to the external system.
