PURPOSE: A touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to decrease badness by preventing a change of an electric characteristic of a transparent electrode. CONSTITUTION: The first substrate(1) is made of a transparent film or a transparent glass, and is equipped with a transparent electrode(1a). The second substrate(3) is adhered to the first substrate, is made of the transparent film, and is equipped with the transparent electrode(3a). A spacer(5) provided to the first or the second substrate separates the first and the second substrate. A signal electrode(7) is combined to the first and the second substrate, and is made of both-sided conductive adhesive tape for detecting a contact signal of the transparent electrode provided to the first and the second substrate. Other signal electrode(9) is combined to the first substrate, and is made of s ingle-sided conductive adhesive tape for detecting the contact signal of the transparent electrode provided to the first and the second substrate. A flexible tale(11) transfers the signal transferred through the signal electrodes to a controller(C) by electrically combined between the first substrate and the signal electrode.
