PURPOSE: An infrared handsfree device is provided to basically block a howling noise by transmitting the voice output of a mobile phone as an infrared signal to an earphone and transmitting a voice signal inputted in the mobile phone through a microphone. CONSTITUTION: A handsfree body(1) has a power unit(10) connected to a cigarette jack(11) and an audio amplifier(20) connected to an audio jack(15) of a mobile phone. The audio amplifier(20) has a microphone(18), a noise filter(17) and an audio signal amplifier(16). The audio amplifier(20) transmits a voice signal inputted from a microphone(18) to a mobile phone through the audio jack(15). An amplifier(22) of the audio amplifier(20) amplifies the audio output of the mobile phone provided through the audio jack(15), and a speaker(23) of the audio amplifier(20) reproduces the amplified audio output of the mobile phone.
