<p>The equipment of the present invention is designed to effect aerobic biological filtration using air and water in an upstream direction on a reactor biological bed, said biological bed being made out of expanded clay spheres and/or plastic fillers inside the biological reactor (1), through which lower portion the waste water to be treated (3) and air (5) are delivered, said waste water being impelled by an inlet pump (4), and the air by a blower device (6). A portion of the waste water treated in the biological reactor (1) is recycled, while the remaining part is transferred to a multilayered filter (7) through corresponding valves. The equipment forms a compact unit which can be implanted in any place without the need of any civil work and can be assembled along with other equipments on a self-supporting platform.</p> |
