SYSTEM-ON-CHIP PROCESSOR FOR MULTI-MEDIA

摘要

PURPOSE: A system-on-chip processor for multi-media is provided to improve processing speed for 3D graphic by including interfacing device for interfacing existed system bus and new designed system bus. CONSTITUTION: A preprocessing circuit part includes a preprocessor(31) and a video/graphic scalar(32). The preprocessor(31) includes a path for processing inputted image signal and outputting the processed signal to the video/graphic scalar(32), and a path for outputting the image signal to the first system bus(10) for compressing the image signal. The preprocessor(31) processes a video signal inputted from the external camera or graphic data, and makes compressed input signal for a video coder or a display. The preprocessor(31) transfers the compressed input signal to thee video/graphic scalar(32).
