PURPOSE: A computer system performance analysis processing method and system is provided to transmit a program, which extracts data for performance analysis, to a computer system of a customer, to receive the extracted data from the computer system of the customer, to analyze the performance of the computer system of the customer, and to transmit an analysis report to the computer system of the customer. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a customer system(1) and a service system(2). The customer system(1) includes a data extraction and parsing module(3), a communication module(4), and a web browser(5). The data extraction and parsing module(3), transmitted via the communication module(4) by the service system(2), extracts data, needed for a performance analysis, from the customer system, and performs a parsing operation for non-formatted data. The communication module(4) transmits the extracted and parsed data to the service system(2). The web browser(5) is for making access to the service system(2). The service system(2) includes a web server application module(6), a communication module(7), a conversion module(8), a report generation module(9), a mail transmission module(10), and a database(11). The web server application module(6) manages a customer certification process. The communication module(7) communicates data with the communication module(4) of the customer system(1). The conversion module(8) converts the extracted and parsed data into proper type data. The report generation module(9) generates an analysis report based on the converted data. The mail transmission module(10) transmits the generated report to a customer via an e-mail.
