PURPOSE: A card loading device of a card reader writer is provided to stably execute card loading operation, and to improve read/write characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A chassis(10) includes the first side panel(12) and the second side panel(14). The first panel(12) and the second panel(14) stand side by side by spaces(16). A mounting frame(18) installs at the inner side of the first side panel(12). The first/third/third feed roller(22, 32, 42) of the first/third/third rolling unit(20, 30, 40) is installed at the inner side of the mounting frame(18). The first/second/third axis(24, 34, 44) in installed through the side panel(12) of the chassis(10) and the mounting frame(18).
